Proneuron Biotechnologies Inc. announced today the appointment of Jeremy Rome as its VP Finance. Mr. Rome will replace Mr. Daniel Szobel in this position. Mr. Szobel is leaving Proneuron to pursue new opportunities.

Mr. Rome brings to Proneuron rich global experience gained while working in dynamic growth hitech companies. Mr. Rome's most recent position before joining Proneuron was Corporate Controller of Scitex Vision, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scitex Corporation Ltd. (Nasdaq: SCIX). Mr. Rome previously acted as controller for MMD Technologies Ltd. and held several positions with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
During the past decade Jeremy established a decentralized finance organization for worldwide operations, created and enhanced systems, controls, policies, and procedures required for publicly-traded companies, played a main role in the execution of deals with small and large hitech companies and took an active role in M&A activities.
Jeremy is a certified Public Accountant (CPA), Israel and holds both a B.A in Accounting and Economics and an MBA degree, both from the Tel Aviv University.
