Changes to the Board of Directors.

Prof. Zvi Artstein of the Weizmann Institute of Science has replaced Prof. David Mirelman as a director of Proneuron. This change comes about as Prof. Artstein takes over as Vice President representing the Institute at "Yeda" the Research and Development Company. Prof. Artstein is a professor of mathematics at the Department of Theoretical Mathematics.
