PN277 immune modulator
Proneuron's PN277 is a lead product candidate found to have significant immune mediated neuro-protective activities in several preclinical studies for acute and chronic neuro-degenerative conditions, including glaucoma, spinal cord injury, optic nerve injury, stroke and potentially other neurodegenerative disorders. PN277 represents a new generation of neuro-protective products in that it:

• activates the body's own mechanism for healing and repair in the damaged CNS
• has neuro-protective activity which targets damaged tissue only
• has a long lasting neuro-protective effect that has been demonstrated in vitro and in vivo with no side effects observed
