Dale S. Miller, Executive Chairman

Mr. Miller is the founder and managing partner of Miller & Holguin,
a Los Angeles based law firm specializing in corporate securities
and health care regulatory law, established in 1984. Mr. Miller
is the Executive Chairman of Proneuron and served as its Chief
Executive Officer for its first five years of operations. Mr.
Miller is also the co-manager of Hudson Investment Group and
is a board member of various other companies.
Dr. Eti Yoles,
VP Product Research & Development

Dr. Yoles is a PhD in neurobiology from Bar-Ilan University,
Ramat-Gan, Israel in 1990. Dr. Yoles graduated cum laudae, based
on her thesis on age related brain ionic and metabolic responses
to stress conditions. In the subsequent 10 years, first as a
post-doctoral fellow and later as an assistant staff scientist
in the laboratory of Professor Michal Schwartz at the Weizmann
Institute, she studied the physiological aspects of post-traumatic
neuronal survival.
In 2001, Dr. Yoles became the VP of Research at Proneuron Biotechnologies.
In the same year, Dr. Yoles was invited to lecture in the ARVO
(Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology) Education
Courses and a year later in the EANS (European Association of
Neurological Societies) Research Course.

Jeremy Rome,
V.P. Finance

Mr. Rome is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who earned
both a B.A. in Accounting and Economics as well as an MBA from
Tel-Aviv University. Before joining Proneuron, he served as
the Corporate Controller of Scitex Vision Ltd., a fully owned
subsidiary of Scitex Corporation Ltd. (Nasdaq: SCIX) and as
Controller for MMD Technologies Israel Ltd. He has also held
several positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Dr. David Snyder,
VP Clinical Development

Dr. Snyder earned a Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry from the
Hebrew University in Jerusalem, in addition to post-doctoral
credentials in neurobiology from Duke University. Dr. Snyder
brings to Proneuron a wealth of experience gained while working
in international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
in the US and in Israel. Prior to joining Proneuron, Dr. Snyder
served as Collgard Biopharmaceuticals' VP of Drug Development.
At Collgard, Dr. Snyder was responsible for all regulatory,
clinical and manufacturing strategies and programs. Prior to
Collgard, Dr. Snyder managed Teva Pharmaceutical Industries'
(Nasdaq: TEVA) clinical programs in neurodegenerative diseases
before creating and heading the global clinical operations unit
for the Innovative R&D Division. He also held several positions
in the U.S. Clinical and Regulatory Affairs group at Gensia
Pharmaceuticals.

Prof. Michal
Schwartz, Scientific Founder

Prof. Schwartz earned a Ph.D. in chemical immunology from
The Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel, in 1977.
After completing her post-doctoral studies on the immunology
of myasthenia gravis in the laboratory of Professor Sara Fuchs
at the Weizmann Institute and on nerve regeneration in the laboratory
of Professor Bernard Agranoff at the University of Michigan,
she was appointed in 1980 to be a Senior Scientist in the Department
of Neurobiology at the Weizmann Institute. In 1985, she was
promoted to Associate Professor with tenure. In 1988, she served
as a Visiting Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy
at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and in the same year
was appointed incumbent of the Maurice and Ilse Katz Professorial
Chair in Neuroimmunology at The Weizmann Institute of Science.
In 1998, she was appointed Professor of Neuroimmunology at the
Weizmann Institute. Her publications number more than 150 peer-reviewed
articles, as well as many invited reviews in highly ranked journals.
Prof. Schwartz has received many prestigious
awards for her research. In 2000, she was named Career Woman of the
Year in Israel. In 2001, she was invited to deliver the 22nd Peter
and Eva Safar Annual Lecture in Medical Sciences in Humanities at
the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She was the
recipient of the 2002 Friedenwald Award from ARVO (Association for
Research in Vision and Ophthalmology) for her outstanding
contribution to vision research and ophthalmology. Prof. Schwartz is
a member of the scientific advisory boards of several distinguished
national and international foundations and organizations.
